General

£80 deposit is required to secure the booking.

The balance of your payment is due 8 week before your commencement date.

In the event of cancellation before the balance payment is made, the deposit will be returned minus a £50 administration fee.

In the event of cancellation after the full payment has been made, we will endeavour to re-let the property (at a special offer rate at our discretion). We will refund the value of the re-let if successful. We strongly recommend holiday insurance is in place for the unexpected happening.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if the property has become unavailable for reasons beyond our control, for example (but not limited to) fire, flooding, weather damage or the property becoming unfit for purpose.

We trust you will keep the property in a clean and fit condition and notify us of any damage or breakages.

Country Life

Guests who may be unaccustomed to country life may be surprised to find the occasional uninvited wildlife visitor. We as owners endeavour to make sure these are kept away but can’t always guarantee they won’t turn up even after a thorough clean of the property.

Dogs

We are pleased to welcome your dogs at the properties, hoping they enjoy their holiday as much as you do. Bearing in mind we also welcome guests who don’t have dogs……

Please clean up after your dogs inside and outside of the properties.

Use the throws on the furniture. Towels are provided for muddy moments. A pet hair wash bag is provided to wash the used throws and towels in before you leave ready for the next guests.

No dogs in the shower or bath please.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in the property, they may become destructive in a strange environment. We have a variety of crates and an outside dog cabin with a sleeping compartment and run. A key will be provided on request.
